These quilt squares serve as a meditation room or meditation gallery. Please visit them to free your mind or become centered. They are especially valuable when you are feeling stressed. Ancient techniques for meditation are as valid today as they were in primordial times. Attending a meditation center, meditation class or meditation course can help you with developing breathing techniques, visualizations and postures to improve your facility at using meditation. Meditation web sites can introduce you to the variety of meditation practices that are available to choose from and can provide basic free meditation instruction.
