Make the room you are in feel safe.
What could you move or add to the room to feel safer?

Visualize a protective boundary around you or the room.
Breath in empowerment.

Know you are safe now.

Stand or sit in a safe/empowering posture.
Think safe thoughts.

Call up or talk to someone
who can assure you
you are safe.

Where is the safest place to sit in the room
you are in.

Let your inner child know you will not let anyone hurt you.

See the difference
in the size of your body when you were young
and how big you are now.

 
Make a list of your strengths.
Make a list of ways in which you are safe.
