Know that you will not be hurt tonight.

It is now safe to sleep

It is OK to put your worries aside.

Sleep will give you strength to heal and move on.

Slowly count back from 20, as many times as you need.

Feel heaviness in your eyes.
Let your eyelids slowly drop down.

Let your mind and body sink into the safe darkness of sleep.

Move your mouse to use Diane's quilt square as a meditation pool.
