Allow soothing comments and thoughts of others and self soothing to flow through you.

As you think about how others care about you, allow yourself to feel self love.

Let nurturing thoughts give you the self soothing you need.

Be aware of good feelings, no mater how small they may be. Allow the positive and comforting feeling to grow.
