Breath in calming energy.
Let go of stress as you become more relaxed.

As you think about how others care about you, allow yourself to feel self love.

Allow the love of others or self love to flow through you.

Think about a place, activity or time where you feel good.

Be aware of where inside you have positive and comforting feelings

Imagine a self hug or a hug from someone who cares about you.

 
Let the good feeling flow outward and wash through any stress you feel.
