Book III: To Break the Silence
Chapter III: To Safer Places
|
Flight
On a cool, clear black night
Upward rising
Arms open wide, whirling
In a free form flight
Quickened velocity diffusing
Skin from rapturous skin;
Remnants descend
Into your devouring hands
An unholy Eucharist
You made this skin
It belongs to you.
