WELL BEING AND QUALITY OF LIFE
Support Activities Developed by:
Michael C. Irving, Ph.D. and Cheryl Irving, B.A., Psychotherapists

You do not have to remain overwhelmed by stress and flashbacks from childhood trauma!

You can be in charge of your life!

COPING WITH STRESS AND FLASHBACKS

The Wellbeing and Coping Strategies Program was developed over thousands of sessions in working with survivors of child abuse and others managing emotional stress.

The Wellbeing and Coping Strategies Program has been used successfuly by clients in my private pactice and is available through a workbook and a workshop program.

The Wellbing and Coping Strategies Program is presented on the Internet for personal use as an adjunct to your ongoing therapy and to assist with your own self help.

The various lists and activities are most valuable when they are reworked so they are individualized to your personal needs and lifestyle.

If you would like a printed version of The Wellbeing and Coping Strategy Program you can go to our web store and order the Workbook for The Wellbeing and Coping Strategy Program or you can purchase a downloadable PDF version that you can print.

You can attend a Wellbeing and Quality of Life Workshop or contact Dr. Irving if you, or your group, would like to sponsor a workshop or professional training, or lecture in your area.
