| Holiday Wellbeing & Coping Strategies for Survivors |
Set in motion the practical tools for self-support, nurturing and grounding over the holiday season. We will explore issues of personal boundaries, day-to-day wellbeing, reducing and managing stress. The focus will be on coping strategies to deal with your internal emotions and the social and family events that this unique time of year presents to each survivor. You will create sticky notes and coping lists to take with you to make this your best-managed holiday season ever. The materials covered are intended to be well-being and quality of life adjuncts to ongoing therapy and to assist with your own self-help.
